The Worship Choir exists to assist in leading our time of worship each Sunday. Our goal is to stay true to God’s Word as we provide a message in song to encourage every believer to develop a lifestyle of personal worship, and as we exalt, praise, and worship our Savior and Lord, Jesus Christ, allow believers and non-believers to participate in a time of dynamic corporate worship.
We worship together, work together, learn together, pray together, laugh and cry together, love each other, and seek to be the very best we can be as worship leaders at FBA. The Worship Choir is for all men and women college age through senior adults. Faithfulness to rehearsals and to Sunday morning worship is essential – consistency in attendance is important for us to be people that God can use as we deepen our love for Him and worship Him with unexplainable and unequaled passion.
When you come to choir, you don’t just bring your voice. Your spiritual gifts, heart, abilities, personality, and experience make our choir a unique body. In music, the level of talent may vary widely, but the passion and desire is the same for all. Our desire is that Christ is honored, glorified, and exalted in all that we do and sing because Christ is Center Stage!
Worship Choir Rehearsal Schedule:
Wednesdays: 6:30-8:00 p.m.
Sundays: 4:45-5:45 p.m.
Extra rehearsals are scheduled in advance when necessary. Childcare is provided for all rehearsals, with reservations required one week in advance.
