PARENTS AND CLUBBERS

PLEASE JOIN US FOR OUR AWANA KICK-OFF AND REGISTRATION DINNER ON AUGUST 20, 2008 AT 6:00 P.M.

WE WILL BEGIN IN THE CHURCH AUDITORIUM!

PARENTS:

We are excited for the Awana year to begin.

On August 20^th to help our kick off run smoothly we ask that you please:

1. Come first to the church auditorium (enter through the front doors.)

2. Bring the registration form you received in the mail, making sure it is filled out on both sides. If you do not have your registration filled out, you may do so while you are in the auditorium. We must have a registration form filled out and signed for every clubber , however multiple clubbers from the same family may be on one registration form.

3. Sit with your clubber on their pew that is designated by their club and grade. (If you have more than one clubber , please sit with your youngest child. All clubbers, (including Puggles and Cubbies), will be in the auditorium for kick off night.

4. Join us for dinner in the fellowship hall after our brief and informative meeting. You will have opportunity to size your clubber for a vest or shirt, if needed, at the meal. (financial assistance is available)
